    选取杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪(21日龄)144头,分为4个处理组(每组6个重复,每个重复6头猪)。对照组(CTL)与脂多糖组(LPS)采食基础饲粮,RE200、400组在饲粮中额外补充200、400 mg/kg RE,试验期28天。LPS组、RE200组和RE400组仔猪分别于第21天和第28天腹腔注射LPS(100 μg/kg BW),CTL组注射等体积生理盐水。结果表明:1)各组间生长性能指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,LPS组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量显著降低(P<0.05),谷草转氨酶(AST)和白介素6(IL-6)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。与LPS组相比,RE200组的丙二醛(MDA)、AST含量显著降低(P<0.05),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)指标显著升高(P<0.05);RE400组的AST、IL-6含量显著降低(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,LPS组回肠绒毛高度和绒隐比均极显著降低(P<0.01),隐窝深度极显著升高(P<0.01),二胺氧化酶(DAO)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。与LPS组相比,RE200、RE400组均极显著提高绒毛高度和绒隐比(P<0.01),极显著降低隐窝深度(P<0.01);RE200组的DAO含量显著降低(P<0.05)。4)α多样性分析结果显示,各组间均无显著差异(P>0.05),β多样性分析结果显示,各组间菌群的结构基本相似。与对照组相比,LPS组罗姆布茨菌属(Romboutsia)相对丰度显著上升(P<0.05)。与LPS组相比,RE200组Romboutsia相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05), 毛螺菌科UCG-004(Lachnospiraceae UCG-004)的相对丰度显著升高(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加RE显著提高断奶仔猪抗氧化能力,降低了肠道通透性,减少了肠道损伤,改善了肠道菌群结构。在本试验条件下,断奶仔猪饲粮中RE的适宜添加水平为200 mg/kg。

    Abstract:

    A total of 144 Duroc × Landrace ×Yorkshire crossbred weaned piglets at the age of 21 days were assigned to 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 6 pigs per replicate randomly. Piglets in the control(CTL) group and lipopolysaccharide(LPS) group were fed a basal diet, RE200 and 400 groups were fed a basal diet supplemented with 200 and 400 mg/kg RE, respectively, for 28 days. 100 μg/kg BW LPS was intraperitoneally injected to piglets in the LPS, RE200, and RE400 groups on day 21 and day 28, respectively, and those in CTL group were injected with the same dose of normal saline. The results showed as follows: 1) There were no significant differences in growth performance indexes among all groups(P>0.05). 2) In LPS group, the superoxide dismutase(SOD) content was markedly reduced (P <0.05), the aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and interleukin-6(IL-6) content were markedly elevated(P <0.05) compared to CTL group. In RE200 group, the malondialdehyde(MDA) and AST content was markedly reduced(P <0.05), and the index of total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) was markedly elevated(P < 0.05) compared to LPS group. In RE400 group, the AST and IL-6 contents were markedly reduced (P < 0.05) compared to LPS group. 3) In LPS group, the villus height and pillow-crypt ratio of ileum were markedly reduced(P <0.01), while the crypt depth was markedly elevated(P <0.01) and diamine oxidase(DAO) content was markedly elevated(P < 0.05) compared to CTL group. In RE200 and RE400 group, the villus height and pillow-crypt ratio of ileum were markedly elevated (P<0.01), while the crypt depth was markedly reduced(P <0.01) compared to LPS group, and DAO content in RE200 group was markedly reduced(P < 0.05) compared to LPS group. 4) The α-diversity analysis indicated no significant variations across all groups(P > 0.05), and the results of β diversity analysis showed that the bacterial community structure was basically similar across all groups. In LPS group, the relative abundances of Romboutsia was markedly elevated(P <0.05) compared to CTL group. In RE200 group, the relative abundances of Romboutsia was markedly reduced(P <0.05), the relative abundance of Lachnospiraceae UCG-004 was markedly elevated(P <0.05) compared to LPS group. In conclusion, dietary adding RE can significantly improve antioxidant capacity, reduce gut permeability, alleviate gut damage, improve gut flora composition of weaned piglets. Under the condition of this experiment, the suitable addition level of RE in the diet of weaned piglets is 200 mg/kg.
