9竹种抗旱性评价与指标筛选

    测定金镶玉竹、毛竹、黄竿乌哺鸡竹、孝顺竹、凤尾竹、观音竹、大明竹、狭叶青苦竹和茶杆竹等9竹种经自然干旱处理后叶片受害等级以及竹叶的含水量、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性,采用抗旱系数法、模糊隶属函数法和主成分分析法求抗旱性度量值(D值),再以聚类分析法综合划分竹种的抗旱级别,同时以灰色关联度分析法确定抗旱性与竹叶生理生化指标的关联程度。结果表明:9竹种的抗旱性由强到弱可分为3类,其中狭叶青苦竹和黄竿乌哺鸡竹为第1类;茶竿竹、大明竹、观音竹和金镶玉竹为第2类;孝顺竹、毛竹和凤尾竹为第3类。与抗旱性关联程度由高到低依次为叶片含水量、过氧化氢酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、叶片受害等级、脯氨酸含量。

    Abstract:

    In this study, nine bamboo species, including Phyllostachys aureosulcata McClure cv. spectabilis, Phyllostachys edulis(Carr.) H. de Leha,Phyllostachys vivax McClure cv. aureocaulis, Bambusa multiplex(Lour.) Raeuschel ex J. A. et J. H. Schult, Bambusa multiplex(Lour.) Raeuschel ex J. A. et J. H. Schult. f. fernleaf, Bambusa multiplex(Lour.) Raeuschel ex J. A. et J. H. Schult. var. riviereorum, Pleioblastus gramineus(Bean) Nakai, Pleioblastus chino(Franch. et Savat.) var. hisauchii and Pseudosasa amabilis(McClure) Keng f. were used as materials. After natural drought treatment, the water content, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, malonyldialdehyde(MDA) content, peroxidase(POD) activity, catalase(CAT) activity and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity of bamboo leaves were measured. Drought resistance coefficient method, fuzzy membership function method and principal component analysis method were used to calculate the drought resistance measurement value(D value) and the drought resistance levels of 9 bamboo species were classified by cluster analysis. At the same time, the grey relation analysis method was used to determine the correlation degree between each index and bamboo drought resistance. The drought resistance of the nine bamboo species could be divided into 3 categories, including Pleioblastus chino var. hisauchii and Phyllostachys vivax cv. aureocaulis as category 1, this kind of bamboo has strong drought resistance; Pseudosasa amabilis, Pleioblastus gramineus, Bambusa multiplex var. riviereorum and Phyllostachys aureosulcata cv. spectabilis as category 2, this kind of bamboo has moderate drought resistance; Bambusa multiplex, Phyllostachys edulis and Bambusa multiplex as category 3, this kind of bamboo has poor drought resistance. Leaf water content was mostly associated with drought resistance, followed by catalase(CAT) activity, superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity, peroxidase(POD) activity, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, malondialdehyde(MDA) content, leaf damage grade and proline content.
