Abstract:Base on the problem of residual matrix, leafy vegetable clastic and other dirt, a cleaning device of the planting tray was designed for industrialized leafy vegetable. The device is mainly composed of the frame, the cleaning component, the scraping component, the waterproof component and other components. The planting tray was sent horizontally into the cleaning device by the conveyor line during working process, and then the large residues on the planting tray were removed by the scraping component. The particles such as matrix, leaf vegetable clastic and sticky filth were removed by the cleaning component. The 6530 fan-shaped nozzle which made of stainless steel was selected. The single factor tests and binary quadratic regression orthogonal combination test were conducted by taking the target distance and impact angle as the test factors, and the proportion of cleaning area as the index. The optimal parameters combination were obtained that the outlet aperture of fan-shaped nozzle was 3.5 mm, the cone angle of water jet was 65°, the target distance of water jet was 45 mm, the impact angle of water jet was 5°, and the maximum cleaning area ratio was 97.45%. The average value of cleaning area ratio was verified to be 94.7% by the cleaning test of cleaning device for leafy vegetable planting tray, which met the cleaning requirements of industrialized leafy vegetable planting tray.
