    摘要:

    建立水活度0.1~0.9区间内烟丝(叶丝、膨胀烟丝、梗丝、气流叶丝、成品烟丝)的等温吸附曲线模型,对标烘箱法测定的含水率,构建烟丝含水率与水活度的预测模型方程;针对烟草加工环境相对湿度40%~80%区间内样品进行梯度验证,对模型方程参数进行修正,修正后对实际样品进行二次验证。结果表明,修正后模型方程决定系数均大于等于0.999 8,通过水活度预测的烟丝含水率平均相对误差小于3%,含水率预测值与实测值的最大差值为0.46%。

    Abstract:

    Through the establishment of isotherm moisture absorption curve model equation in the range of water activity 0.1-0.9 for cut tobacco (cut leaf, expanded tobacco, stem, air flow tobacco and cut tobacco), the prediction model between water activity and water content of cut tobacco was established by the method of benchmarking oven, and further validation was made on the basis of the model equation for the humidity range of 40%-80% in tobacco processing environment. The parameters of the model equation are modified by the results, and then the actual samples are tested. The results show that the determinant coefficient of the model equation is better than 0.999 8, and the mean relative error of the moisture content of cut tobacco predicted by water activity is less than 3%. The maximum difference between the predicted and measured moisture content was 0.46%.
