种养平衡视域下湖南省县域畜禽养殖适度规模研究

    基于农作物消纳畜禽养殖粪污的种养结合模式,利用湖南省2016—2018年种养业的相关统计数据,结合各地种养业现状,估算全省及各县(市、区)的基于土地承载力畜禽养殖最大理论规模及畜禽养殖土地承载力指数。结果表明:根据畜禽养殖土地承载力估算,湖南省最多可容纳19 272.93万头猪当量的畜禽养殖量,不同地区畜禽养殖应制定差异化策略;湖南省畜禽养殖氮、磷土地承载力指数分别为36.48%和38.17%,总体上不存在畜禽养殖承载力超载问题,畜禽养殖业仍有一定的发展空间;各地区之间承载力指数存在一定的差异,湘西南及湘南地区的土地承载力指数普遍大于湘东北和湘西北地区的;122个县(市、区)共有4个县(市、区)存在畜禽养殖氮土地承载力超载,8个县(市、区)存在畜禽养殖磷土地承载力超载,永州市双牌县是全省畜禽养殖超载最严重的地区,氮、磷土地承载力指数分别高达140.28%和164.43%;全省畜禽养殖潜力区、种养平衡区和超载区所占比例分别为89.3%、4.1%和6.6%。

    Abstract:

    To estimate the maximum theoretical scale of livestock and poultry breeding and the land carrying capacity index of livestock and poultry breeding in Hunan Province and its counties(cities, districts), the relevant statistical data of Hunan Province from 2016 to 2018 were collected and the mixed mode of crops absorbing livestock and poultry manure were adopted with consideration of the actual situation of the breeding industry in this study. The results showed that Hunan Province could accommodate up to 192.729 3 million pig equivalent of livestock and poultry breeding with different breeding strategies in different regions. The land carrying capacity index of nitrogen and phosphorus of livestock and poultry breeding was 36.48% and 38.17% respectively. There was no overload problem of livestock and poultry breeding carrying capacity found, instead a certain development space for livestock and poultry breeding industry exists. The land carrying capacity index of southwest and south Hunan was generally larger than that of northeast and northwest Hunan. Among 122 counties(cities, districts), 4 counties(cities, districts) had livestock land carrying capacity index nitrogen overload, and 8 counties(cities, districts) had livestock land carrying capacity phosphorus overload including Shuangpai County of Yongzhou City being the highest livestock breeding overload with the land carrying capacity index 140.28% for nitrogen and 164.43% for phosphorus respectively. The proportion of potential area, balanced area and overload area of livestock and poultry breeding was 89.3%, 4.1% and 6.6%, respectively.
