Abstract:The inhibitory effects of Trichoderma harzianum(T. harzianum) and Trichoderma viride(T. viride) on Sclerotium rolfsii(S. rolfsii), the pathogen of southern blight disease of Ficus elastica, were respectively tested by confrontation culture method and mixed method. The compatibility of 8 fungicides(fludioxonil, difenoconazole, prochloraz, picoxystrobin, azoxystrobin, kresoxim-methyl, pyraclostrobin, carbendazim) with Trichoderma and their virulence to S. rolfsii were analyzed, and the bacteriostatic effect of Trichoderma combined with picoxystrobin was tested. The results showed that 72 hours after the treatment of 2 kinds of Trichoderma, the inhibition rates with confrontation method were 56.72% and 58.01%, respectively; and the highest inhibition rates with mixed method were 64.52% and 60.4%, respectively; 50% kresoxim-methyl had high compatibility with 2 kinds of Trichoderma; difenoconazole, fludioxonil and pyraclostrobin had strong inhibitory effect on S. rolfsii, with EC50 being 0.07,0.07 and 0.10 μg/mL, respectively. When T. harzianum was combined with picoxystrobin, the EC50 obtained by mixed method was 0.03 μg/mL. The bacteriostatic effect of the combination of T. harzianum and T. viride with picoxystrobin was better compared to single use of drug agent or fungi agent.
