Abstract:The diseased leaves of Euonymus japonicus collected from Yongding District, Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province were collected, and pathogen isolation and cultivation were conducted. A purified class 1 strain was obtained, and the representative strains were selected for pathogenicity test and identified as pathogenic fungi by Koch’s law. According to the characteristics of colony and conidia morphology, combined with the phylogenetic analysis of polygenes, the representative isolates were clustered with Colletotrichum siamense to one branch.
