Abstract:Based on the Ginkgo biloba genome database, a total of 112 ERF transcription factor family members were obtained through blast, identification and screening, and bioinformatics and expression pattern analysis were performed. The results showed that 112 ERF members were classified into 10 groups on the phylogenetic tree. Gene structure analysis showed that only a small number of genes contain 1-4 introns. Gene expression analysis showed that 39 ERF genes were highly expressed in stamens, and 20 genes were highly expressed in seedlings, and 40 genes were highly expressed in embryos. Some genes have the same expression pattern in stamens, embryos and seedlings, suggesting that they may have similar functions.
