Abstract:We detected the concentration of ron (Fe), zinc (Zn), selenium (Se) among 11 sugarcane germplasms(ROC22, YT93-159, DZ09-78, YZ12-1202, YZ11-1122, YZ05-51, YZ11-2629, YZ12-1252, YZ12-1185, YZ12-1301 and YZ11-1204) and performed statics analysis of the resulted data. The results of variance and generalized heritability analysis showed that the average contents of Fe, Zn and Se among sugarcane germplasms were significantly different. The coefficient of variation was 21.89%-41.45% and the broad sense heritability of Fe, Zn and Se was high, at 0.94, 0.99 and 0.94 respectively. In addition, cluster analysis of 11 sugarcane germplasms based on the difference of trace element content showed that the studied objects could be grouped into three groups, Fe-rich germplasm, Zn-rich germplasm and common germplasm. Among them, the Fe-rich germplasms mainly include ROC22, YZ12-1301 and YZ12-1252, and the Fe content in sugarcane juice is significantly higher than other germplasms, with an average of 5.30 mg/kg. The Zn-rich germplasms mainly include YZ05-51, YT93-159 and YZ11-118, and the average zinc content in sugarcane juice was as high as 3.00 mg/kg. The third type was common germplasm, and the content of trace elements was generally low. Through stepwise discriminant analysis of clustering results, it showed that the probability of correct classification of all kinds of germplasms was 100% and the clustering results were well verified.
