可调间隙脱粒分离装置的设计与试验

    摘要:

    针对联合收割机田间收获时喂入量不稳定导致收获性能欠佳的问题,提出通过调节脱粒间隙以适应不同喂入量工况的解决方案。为实现脱粒间隙可调节,基于4LZ–1.0型小型联合收割机,设计了一种直径可调的脱粒滚筒。滚筒由主轴、齿杆、间隙调节机构、间隙控制机构等部件组成。通过间隙控制机构驱动间隙调节机构,改变脱粒滚筒直径,实现脱粒间隙调节,间隙调节范围为10~40 mm。以喂入量、滚筒转速、脱粒间隙为影响因素,以未脱净率、夹带损失率、含杂率为评价指标进行脱粒性能试验。通过回归分析,分析了各因素对装置脱粒分离性能的影响,并根据综合评价回归方程分析得出了不同喂入量下的较优滚筒转速及脱粒间隙。喂入量小于0.876 kg/s时,滚筒转速应匹配700 r/min的低速档,喂入量大于0.876 kg/s时,应匹配1 300 r/min的高速档。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of poor harvest performance caused by unstable feed rate for combined harvester, a solution was proposed to adjust threshing clearance parameters to adapt to different feed rate. In order to realize adjustable threshing clearance, a threshing drum with adjustable diameter was designed based on 4LZ-1.0 small combine harvester. The roller consists of a spindle, a gear rod, a clearance adjusting mechanism and a clearance controlling mechanism. The clearance adjustment mechanism is driven by the clearance control mechanism, and the threshing drum diameter is changed to realize the threshing clearance adjustment, and the clearance adjustment range is 10-40 mm. The threshing test was carried out on the test bench, with the feed rate cylinder speed and concave clearance as the influencing factors, and the performance evaluation indexes of unthreshing rate, segregation and separation loss rate and impurity rate as the evaluation indexes. The effect of various factors on the threshing performance of the device was analyzed by regression analysis. According to the analysis of the comprehensive evaluation regression equation, the optimal cylinder speed and concave clearance under different feed rate are obtained. When the feed rate is less than 0.876 kg/s, the cylinder speed should match the low speed of 700 r/min, and when the feed rate is greater than 0.876 kg/s, it should match the high speed of 1 300 r/min. A linear equation of matching threshing clearance is obtained dependent on the feed rate.
