外源耐镉菌对水稻镉吸收和积累及内生细菌群落结构的影响

    以水稻品种黄华占为试材,大棚盆栽水培水稻,添加耐镉内生细菌R3(Pantoea sp.)和R5(Stentrophomonas sp.)菌悬液(未施内生细菌菌悬液的为CK),研究外源耐镉菌对水稻植株Cd吸收和积累的影响,并利用16S rDNA测序研究水稻植株内生细菌群落结构的变化。结果表明:与CK相比,在水稻分蘖盛期,R5菌株和R3菌株处理均能显著降低水稻植株各部位的Cd含量;R5菌株和R3菌株处理后的水稻植株内生细菌群落结构均发生了显著变化,水稻地上部内生细菌群落的多样性增加,根部内生细菌群落的多样性降低,Escherichia/Shigella和Acinetobacter属在水稻植株内的相对丰度显著提高;R5菌株能够成功定殖到水稻的地上部。

    Abstract:

    The Cd-tolerant endophytic bacteria R3(Pantoea sp.) and R5(Stentrophomonas sp.) suspensions were applied to Huanghuazhan rice(CK was not added to endophytic bacteria suspension) grown in greenhouse. The absorption of cadmium by endophytic bacteria in the aboveground and underground parts of rice plants was studied. The amount of accumulation and 16S rDNA sequencing were used to study the changes of endophytic bacterial community structure in the aboveground and underground parts of rice plants. The results showed that R5 and R3 strains could significantly reduce the contents of cadmium in different parts of rice plants at the peak tillering stage. After treatment in R5 and R3, the endophytic bacterial community structure of rice plants changed significantly. The diversity of endophytic bacterial community increased in the aboveground part of rice, but decreased in the root part of rice. The relative abundance of Escherichia/Shigella and Acetobacter in rice plants increased significantly, and the R5 strain could colonize successfully into the stems and sheaths of the rice.
