Abstract:97 Escherichia coli were isolated from rabbits farms in Sichuan and subjected to detections of antibiotics resistance and resistance genes by K–B disk diffusion and PCR. The results revealed that the isolated strains had highest resistance to tetracyclines with the rate over 90.72%, the resistance sulfonamides with the rate of 72.16%, the resistance to aminoglycoside with the rate between 31.96%–58.76%, the resistance polymyxin B with lowest rate of 14.43%. The detected genes and their rates were tetA of 61.86%, tetB of 84.54%, tetC of 16.49%, armA of 4.12%, rmtB of 3.09% floR of 8.25%. And, no tetD, tetE, tetM, tetO, tetL, tetK, rmtA, rmtC, rmtD, rmtE, npmA, cfr was detected.
