Abstract:In 2017, N Liangyouhuazhan and Wangliangyou 6 hybrid seeds producted in 2015 and 2016, and Y Liangyou 9918 hybrid seeds producted in 2014 and 2016 were used as materials, in this study, treatments of corona field, the dielectric separation and the corona field+dielectric separation on hybrid rice seeds were conducted, seed vigor and several physiological and biochemical indicators were measured to screen the suitable corona field and dielectric separation. The results showed that the seed vigor increased significantly under 200 kV/m corona field for 4 min. The seed germination potential and germination rate of Y Liangyou 9918 (2014) were 47.22% and 23.53% higher than the control, respectively; The seed conductivity and the content of malondialdehyde in seedling were reduced, but the content of proline, activity of peroxidase and root vitality were increased after the seeds treated by corona field; The sorting seeds effect of seed separation with parameters of 30 rotation per min and 4 500 voltage is preferably, and the vigor of different levels seeds that sorted by using these parameters showed significant difference; The vigor of different grades seed that separated from initial seeds by using corona field combined with the dielectric separation is significantly higher than that treated only by the corona field or the dielectric separation, among the hybrid seeds treated by corona field combining with the dielectric separation, the seed vigor of Wangliangyou 6(2016) was the highest, compared with those that treated only by the corona field or the dielectric separation single germination potentials of class I, class II and class III seeds increased by 14.28, 18.42 and 15.22 percentage points, respectively; the germination rate increased by 7.78, 9.64 and 14.71 percentage points, respectively.
