    摘要:

    为获得龙眼树枝力学特性基础参数,在精密型万能试验机上对修剪期龙眼树枝进行了压缩、拉伸和剪切试验。结果表明:龙眼树枝顺纹抗压强度为18.33~27.77 MPa,平均值为23.68 MPa;抗压弹性模量为351.51~835.85 MPa,平均值为547.2 MPa;抗压强度与压缩能之间呈显著指数函数正相关;龙眼树枝顺纹抗拉强度为40.26~70.28 MPa,平均值为52.12 MPa;剪切强度为9.05~13.42 MPa,平均值为11.44 MPa,峰值剪切力与树枝横截面面积呈极显著线性函数正相关,剪切功与树枝横截面面积呈极显著幂函数正相关。

    Abstract:

    In order to obtain mechanical property parameters of Longan branch, compressing, tensile and shear test of Longan branch during pruning period were conducted in the accurate electronic universal testing machine. The results showed that compressive strength parallel to grain of Longan branch ranged from 18.33 to 27.77 MPa and mean value was 23.68 MPa, and compressive modulus of elasticity ranged from 351.51 to 835.85 MPa and average value was 547.20 MPa. It was showed that an exponential function positive correlation between the stress resistance intensity and compression energy. Tensile strength parallel to the grain of Longan branch was in the range of 40.26–70.28 MPa and average value was 52.12 MPa. Shear strength of Longan branch ranged from 9.05 to 13.42 MPa and mean value was 11.44 MPa. There was a significantly positive linear correlation between maximum shearing force and the cross–sectional area, and significantly positive power function correlation between shear energy and cross–sectional area.
