Abstract:The rape straw ash concrete specimen with the strength of C20, C30, C40 was made by replacing 5%, 10% and 15% of cement with rape straw ash. The bonding properties of rape straw ashes concrete was test to analysis the bond property between rape straw ash concrete and steel bars. The results showed that when the rape straw ash content was 5%, the bond strength of rape straw ash concrete with crescent steel bar under three concrete strength was 19.06, 19.90 and 20.08 MPa respectively, equivalent to ordinary concrete, whereas the bond strength with 10% and 15% content of rape straw ash is weaker than that of ordinary concrete. Changing the type of reinforced concrete and the diameter of crescent bar reinforced by ash concrete with 5% dosage, the bond strength between crescent bar reinforced concrete and rape straw ash concrete is 2.55 times as high as that of round steel bar. The diameter of crescent bar increased from 12 mm to 16 and 20 mm, and the bond strength decreased by 6% and 25% respectively. It is found that the bond property of rape straw ash concrete decreases with an increase in the diameter of crescent bar.
