Abstract:The secondary metabolites from marine Streptomyces viridobrunneus P10–16 were isolated and identified by silica gel column chromatography and TLC, their structures were elucidated with spectra data analysis of ESI–MS and NMR, and their antifungal activities were tested with the indicator fungus of rice blast. The results showed that five iturins (iturin A–2, A–3, A–4, A–6 and A–7) and DEHP were isolated from marine S. viridobrunneus. Half maximal inhibitory concentration(IC50) and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of iturin A–2 (Po) were 26.471, 62.500 μg/mL, while IC50 and MIC of DEHP (Po) were 1.9159, 15.625 μg/mL, respectively.
