The occurrence and the damage of leafhopper and the occurrence of its natural enemy spider in old tea plantation and young tea plantation were investigated in 2015. The results showed that the population dynamics of leafhopper within a year displayed double peak curve, one population peak happened in April, the damage of which was more serious compared to the other population peak happened in July The amount and the damage of leafhopper in the old tea plantation were lower than those in the young tea plantation. Spiders were active during April to November and the amount of the spiders in old tea plantation was larger than that in the young tea plantation.
