不同季节黄心夜合鲜嫩枝挥发性成分的差异

    摘要:

    以黄心夜合为材料,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取其4个季节的鲜嫩枝的挥发油,结合气相色谱质谱联用技术(GC–MS)对挥发油成分进行鉴定。结果表明:春、夏、秋、冬4季黄心夜合的鲜嫩枝所含挥发性成分种数分别为34、35、34和35种,共77种,共有成分为莰烯、4(14),11–桉叶二烯和γ–杜松烯等3种烯类化合物以及桉叶素和桉叶油–4(14)–烯–11–醇等2种醇类化合物,其中春、夏、秋、冬3种萜烯类化合物的相对含量分别为8.41%、17.21%、14.9%和2.69%,春、夏、秋、冬2种醇类化合物的相对含量分别为16.59%、17.62%、18.89%和9.7%。

    Abstract:

    The Volatile components in fresh twigs samples of Michelia martini Levl. in four seasons were extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE) and analyzed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry(GC–MS). The results showed that total volatile components identified were 77 compounds, which 34, 35, 34 and 35 compounds were from spring, summer, autumn and winter fresh twigs respectively. In these samples, the common components were three terpenes compounds such as Camphene, Eudesma–4(14), 11–diene and gamma–Cadinene, and two alcohols of Eucalyptol and Eudesm–4(14)–ene–11–alcohol. The relative content of three terpenes in spring, summer, autumn and winter were 8.41%, 17.21%, 14.9% and 2.69%, respectively and the relative content of two kinds of alcohols correspondingly were 16.59% and 17.62%, 18.89% and 9.7%.
