Abstract:This test was used the new variety of Camelina sativa (L.) Crantz of Yanshi–1 as test materials, its biological characteristics and high yield cultivation techniques were evaluated through investigating the germination rate under the different temperature (5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 ℃), the growth period and yield under the different sowing time (spring sowing and autumn sowing), measuring the yield under the different row spacing (30 cm×10 cm, 30 cm×20 cm, 45 cm×10 cm, 45 cm×20 cm, 60 cm×10 cm and 60 cm×20 cm) and different hole density (2, 4 and 6 plants each cave) and different fertilizer levels (no fertilizer, lower fertilizer (CO(NH2)2, 50 kg/hm2, (NH4)2HPO4, 30 kg/hm2) and higher fertilizer (CO(NH2)2, 80 kg/hm2, (NH4)2HPO4, 50 kg/hm2)), analyzing the quality characteristics (oil yield, crude protein, crude fat and fatty acids contents) and so on. The results showed that the variety of Yanshi–1 seeds could germinate under 5–25 ℃. When the constant temperature was 25 ℃, the germination rate of 90% was only need 3 days. Its growth duration was 86–98 days in spring sowing time and 209–244 days in autumn sowing time. Spring sowing of Yanshi–1 in Longjing city, the highest yield was 194.30 g/m2 and the maximum yield of autumn sowing in Dongying city was 223.50 g/m2. The test results of different row spacing showed that the lowest yield (148.10 g/m2) was the treatment of 60 cm×20 cm, it was significantly lower than other treatments. The treatment of 30 cm×10 cm had the highest yield (182.10 kg/m2). The test results of different hole density showed that the treatment of 6 plants each cave had the lowest yield (137.10 g/m2) and the highest yield (187.60 g/m2) was the treatment of 2 plants each cave. The test results of different fertilizer levels showed that the highest yield of Yanshi–1 was 199.60 g/m2 under the lower level of fertilizer. Quality analysis results showed that the crude fatty content, crude protein content and oil yield were as high as 37.80%, 27.40% and 36.22%, respective. The main unsaturated fatty acid contents including linolenic acid, linoleic acid and oleic acid, were 13.05%, 21.8% and 21.65%, respective.
