甘蓝型油菜温敏核不育系100S的遗传特性分析

    摘要:

    100S是一个甘蓝型油菜新型温敏核不育系。利用油菜2个自交系(09157和09254)、3个温敏核不育系(湘油402S、104S和Z094S)和4个隐性核不育系(402AB、104AB、209AB和127AB)与之测交进行遗传分析。结果表明,100S的育性受2对隐性不育基因和2对主效温敏基因及微效基因的共同调控,而不受细胞质的影响。基因等位性分析表明,100S与温敏核不育系湘油402S、104S、Z09S的育性受不同的遗传系统调控,它们的不育基因均为非等位基因,同时100S的温敏基因对其他不育系的不育基因不起调控作用,且其他不育系的温敏基因对100S的不育基因也不起调控作用。100S的不育基因与隐性核不育系127A的不育基因为等位基因,且100S的温敏基因对127A的育性具有调控作用。继续用100S与127B进行测交,其后代的育性调查进一步验证了上述结果。

    Abstract:

    100S is a new thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line of Brassica napus. Two rapeseed inbreeding lines(09157and 09254), three thermo-sensitive genic male sterile lines(Xiangyou 402S, 104S and Z094S) and four recessive genic male sterile lines (402AB, 104AB, 209AB and 127AB) were used for the test crossings with 100S and genetic analysis. The results showed that the fertility of 100S was controlled jointly by two pairs of recessive male sterile genes and two pairs of main effective thermo-sensitive genes, there was no effect of the cytoplasm in 100S. The fertility of 100S and Xiangyou 402S, 104S and Z09S was regulated by different genetic systems. Their male sterile genes were not allelic. The thermo-sensitive genes of 100S couldn’t regulate the male sterile genes of Xiangyou 402S, 104S and Z09S, and the thermo-sensitive genes of Xiangyou 402S, 104S and Z09S had no effects on 100S infertility genes too. The male sterile genes of 100S and the male genes of recessive genic male sterile line 127A were allelic. The thermo-sensitive genes of 100S could control the fertility of 127A. The above conclusions were further validated by the investigation of inheritance in the offspring from the combination ‘100S×127B’.
