磷素对不同基因型甘蔗生长的影响

    采用盆栽方法,以ROC22、云蔗 06–407、云蔗 05–211为试验材料,研究磷素(磷浓度分别为0.2、1 000 μmol/L,分别记为P1 、P2)对3个甘蔗品种(系)生长的影响。结果表明:P1处理下,云蔗 06–407的总根长、根表面积、根直径、根体积、茎径、冠鲜重、冠干重比P2处理分别增加了19.50%、31.63%、11.11%、42.25%、14.21%、39.99%和36.31%,ROC22、云蔗 05–211的总根长、根表面积、根体积、茎径、冠鲜重、冠干重均低于P2处理;在P2处理下,ROC22 具有较高的磷利用效率,在P1和P2处理下,云蔗 06–407的磷利用效率均较高。综合分析结果表明,P1 处理下,云蔗 06–407的根系和地上部生长较好;P2 处理下,ROC22、云蔗 05–211的根系和地上部生长较好。

    Abstract:

    The impact of phosphorus on the growth of sugarcane cultivars was conducted by a pot test. Phosphorus was applied at two levels, i.e., 0.2 μmol/L ( P1), 1 000 μmol/L (P2) for three sugarcane cultivars which were ROC22, Yunzhe 06–407 and Yunzhe 05–211.The results indicated that root length, root surface, root diameter, root volume, diameter, plant dry weight, plant fresh weight in Yunzhe 06–407 treatment were 19.50%, 31.63%, 11.11%, 42.25%, 14.21%, 39.99%, and 36.31%, respectively, higher than those of in P2, whereas root length, root surface, root volume, diameter, plant fresh weight, plant dry weight in ROC22 and Yunzhe 05–211 were lower than those of in P2. The utilizing efficiency of phosphorus was higher for ROC22 in P2, the same was true for Yunzhe 06–407 in P1 and P2 treatments. This study showed that the root and plant growth of Yunzhe 06–407 were better under P1 treatment, while they were better for ROC22 and Yunzhe 05–211 cultivars in P2 treatment.
