饮用水中秋水仙碱含量预警的在线监测方法

    摘要:

    为了防止人为或自然因素引起的饮用水秋水仙碱污染事件发生,探索饮用水中秋水仙碱含量预警的在线监测方法,对流动注射化学发光法测定秋水仙碱含量的影响因素进行优化,建立了一套饮用水中秋水仙碱含量预警的在线监测系统。结果表明:较佳检测条件为泵速1 mL/min、鲁米诺溶液pH 13.20、鲁米诺溶液浓度3.00×10–4 mol/L、铁氰化钾溶液浓度3.00×10–4 mol/L。该方法的线性范围为5.0×10–3~1.0 mg/L,检出限为3.01×10–5 mg/L,RSD为2.78%(n=11)。所建立的预警在线监测系统具有灵敏度高、操作便利、预警实时等特点,可用于对饮用水中因人为因素或自然因素引起的有毒物质污染预警的实时监测。

    Abstract:

    In order to prevent the pollution of colchicine for drinking water and explore a method of on line monitoring and early warning system, the effects of various factors on CL system were optimized, and an on line monitoring and early warning system for drinking water polluted by colchicine was constructed. The results showed that the optimum condition for colchicine detection were as follows: pump speed was 1 mL/min, the pH value of luminol was 13.20, the concentration of luminol was 3.00×10–4 mol/L, the concentration of potassium ferricyanide was 3.00×10–4 mol/L. The linear range of this method was 5.0×10–3–1.0 mg/L with a detection limit of 3.01×10–5 mg/L and relative standard deviation of 2.78% (n=11). This system could be applied to real time monitoring and early warning for drinking water polluted by anthropogenic or abiogenetic factors with high sensitivity and good operability.
