    摘要:

    针对油菜浅耕直播机在作业过程中出现漏种、漏肥等问题,对湖南农业大学研制的2BYD6型油菜浅耕直播施肥联合播种机排种排肥系统进行了改进,将排种排肥动力系统由被动传动改为伺服电机主动驱动,电机转速同步机具前进速度,于种、肥箱下方与排种管末端设计并安装监控报警装置,对肥料箱底部进行了改进设计,同时增设覆土镇压装置。田间试验结果表明,改进后的播种机生产率提高15.4%,并能对非正常排种、排肥进行自动报警。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of rape seed and fertilizer leaking in seeding process using shallow-tilling seeder, seeding and fertilizing system of 2BYD6 shallow tilling and fertilizing seeder for rapes was improved. The driving power of the system was turned from passive driving to servo motor active driving, the forward speed of the machinery was synchronized by rotational speed of the motor, monitoring alarm system was installed below the seed box and the fertilizer box at the end of the seeding pipe, the bottom of fertilizer box was innovatively designed, and a device for soil-covering and pack rolling was added. Field test results showed that the pure working-hour productivity was improved by 15.4%, and abnormal seeding and fertilizing could be automatically alarmed.
