    摘要:

    为了方便且准确地测定油菜茎秆之间的连接力,在掌握湘杂油1613号油菜各级茎秆及角果连接枝直径分布的基础上,设计了2种夹具:一是角度可调夹具,用于测定油菜主茎秆与分枝茎秆的连接力;二是开槽夹具,用于测定角果连接枝与各级茎秆之间的连接力。将夹具安装于SANSCMT6104型微机控制电子万能试验机上进行检验,结果表明,2种夹具均能较好地夹持油菜试验部位,完成各项参数的测定。

    Abstract:

    In order to determine the connection force between the rape stem conveniently and accurately, two fixtures were designed according to the diameter distribution of main stem, branch stem and pod connection stem of rape variety Xiangzayou1613. One of the fixtures is angle adjustable that used for determining the connection force between the main stem and the branches, another is slot fixture that used for determining the connection force between pod connection stem and branches of different orders. Finally the fixtures was used in SANSCMT6104 microcomputer control electronic universal testing machine, the results show that the two fixtures can better grip the testing rape parts and determine all parameters.
