Abstract:To study the immunoregulatory actions of triterpene from Rubus corchorifolius Leaf (TRL), the immunodepressive mice model was constructed by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide (CTX). The model mice were randomly divided into high, middle, low dose groups and CK2 group which received 0.25, 0.50, 1.00 mg/mL TRL and NaCl daily by gastric gavage respectively for 15 d. The weight of mice, the thymus index, the spleen index, the clearance index, the abdominal cavity macrophage engulfing rates, and the content of IL–2 and IL–6 in the serum were measured. The results showed that the high-dose TRL could improve the clearance index of the model mice. The IL–2 content in the middle dose group was lower than CK2( P <0.05), the high dose group was significantly lower than CK2 (P <0.01). The IL–6 content in the low dose group was lower than CK2 , but the difference was not significant; the middle dose group and the high dose group were significantly lower than the low dose group and CK2( P <0.01), the high dose group was significantly lower than the other groups, except for the middle dose group( P <0.01).The results indicated that TRL had remarkable immunoregulatory actions.
