水稻两用核不育系C815S的配合力及利用价值

    以C815S等5个不育系为母本,与7个优良父本配组,采用p譹 不完全双列杂交(NC Ⅱ) 设计,对其F1代9个农艺性状的配合力进行了分析。结果表明:与两用核不育系龙S、7光S052、矮培64S和三系不育系Ⅱ-32A相比,C815S的一般配合力表现最好。C815S在有效穗数、每穗总粒数、着粒密度、单株产量和经济系数6个性状上的一般配合力分别为6.656、6.342、7.236、16.669、6.705,在这5个不育系中数值最大;结实率和千粒重一般配合力分别为0.329和2.353,排在第2位;株高的一般配合力为-2.197,排名第4,C815S有效穗数和单株产量的特殊配合力方差较大。C815S在有效穗、着粒密度、千粒重、单株产量、经济系数5个性状上分为Ⅰ类;在每穗总粒数、结实率2个性状上分为Ⅱ类,株高、穗长为Ⅳ类;可见C815S是一个理想的亲本,尤其是符合配制株高偏矮类型组合的育种目标。

    Abstract:

    The combining ability for 9 agronomic characters was studied with 5 male sterile lines and 7 restorer lines by the way of p譹 incomplete diallel cross (NC Ⅱ) design. The main results were as follows:C815S had wider compatibility and stronger combining ability.The average seed set rate of F1 between the cross of C815S and IR26,Nanjin11,Balila and Qiuguang was 81%,and showed excellently wide compatibility. The general combining ability(GCA) of C815S was best compared with dual-purpose genic rice male sterile LongS, 7guang S052,Peiai64S and CMS LineⅡ-32A.The GCA of the effective tillers number, total grain number, grain density, yield per plant and economic coefficient of C815S was 6.656, 6.342, 7.236, 16.669 and 6.705, respectively, and ranked at the first in the examinated dual-purpose male sterile lines. The GCA of the seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight was 0.329 and 2.353, respectively, and ranked the 2nd. Meanwhile, the GCA of plant height was -2.197, and ranked the fourthly. According to the GCA performance, C815S was fitted to breed hybrid rice combination with high yield and lower plant height. C815S in the effective spikes, grain density, 1000-grain weight, single yield, the economic factor of 5 traits were classfied class Ⅰ; and were classfied Ⅱ type in per panicle, seed setting rate of two traits; and were classfied Ⅳ type in plant height, Spike Length. So C815S is an ideal parent, in particular, which fit breeding objectives of the preparation of the height types of partial short combinations .
