In order to understand the spatial distribution of soil microelements in Hunan tobacco-growing areas, the 3 295 soil samples were collected and content of its microelements were studied by multivariate statistics and geostatistics. Results showed that contents of available Mo in the soils was lower;contents of available Zn was adequate;available Cu,available Mn and available Fe contents were rich. Available Zn,available Cu and available Fe contents show as higher in Xiangnan area and Xiangzhong area while lower in Xiangxi area, available Mo and available Mn present as rising from east to west. Molybdenum fertilization should be increased adequately, taking its forms into consideration,in total Hunan totacco-growing areas. In addition,Zn fertilization Xiangxi area.
