    摘要:

    运用研磨法建立起水稻细胞(团)体系,该体系经过水杨酸、Ca2+、Mg2+、Zn2+处理,结果显示:可诱导细胞凋亡的物质水杨酸、Ca2+以及Mg2+能诱导其DNA片段化,而Zn2+却不能诱导。由此可以初步断定应用研磨法已建立起细胞凋亡体系。该结果也说明水稻研磨细胞(团)可以用于细胞凋亡的研究。

    Abstract:

    Rice cell (cell mass) systems were established using a grinding method, and then these systems were treated with salicylic acid, Ca2 , Mg2 and Zn2 respectively, the results showed that the materials, such as salicylic acid, Ca2 , and Mg2 , which can induce apoptosis were able to induce the DNA fragmentation, instead, Zn2 could not induce. It can be concluded preliminarily that cell apoptosis system has been established by grinding method. This study also revealed that the grinded rice cell (cell mass) is available for the research of cell apoptosis. Key words: grind, rice, cell apoptosis, system
