Based on the survey data in Danjiangkou Reservoir surrounding, the paper analyzed current situation of pesticides application from attitude of pesticides, behavior of pesticides application, the amount of pesticides application and purchasing places. The results show that High-toxic pesticides application is popular, the amount of pesticides application is correlated to kinds of crops, farmers’ general cognition with environmental pollution is lower, and behavior of pesticides application is unscientific. And the market and names of pesticides and purchasing channels are not regularized. For protecting water quality, author gives some advices on agricultural structure adjustment, pesticide’s market standardization and scientific application of pesticides.
