微卫星标记与镜鲤部分生长性状的相关分析

    摘要:

    获得与经济性状连锁的分子标记或基因是开展该性状分子育种的工作基础。本研究利用41个SSRs标记对德国镜鲤抗寒品系F1代的68个个体基因组DNA进行检测,共得到100个等位基因,各座位等位基因数2~4个,片段长度91~376bp,有效等位基因数1.4287~3.9454,观察杂合度0.3676~1.0000,期望杂合度0.3023~0.7521,平均位点多态信息含量0.4059。利用统计软件SPSS的GLM程序对41个微卫星标记与镜鲤体重、体高、头长和吻长相关性进行了分析,其中与体重、体高、头长显著相关的标记是hlj354,与体重、体高和吻长显著相关的标记是hlj855,与头长显著相关的标记是hlj919、hlj585,与吻长显著相关的标记是hlj895、hlj704。

    Abstract:

    It is basic work for marker-assisted breeding to develop molecular markers or genes associated with the economic traits.Forty-one microsatellite markers were selected to analyze the genomic DNA of 68 progenies derived from a family of mirror carp. The results showed that a total of 100 different alleles were found, and the number of alleles in each locus was 2 to 4. The DNA fragment length was 91bp to 376bp, and the number of mean valid alleles was 1.4287 to 3.9454. The value of observed heterozygosity was 0.3676 to 1.0000, expected heterozygosity was 0.3023 to 0.7521 and the mean polymorphism information content (PIC) was 0.4059. A GLM procedure was used to analyze the effects of these 41 microsatellites on body weight, height, head length and upper jaw length. Results showed that marker Hlj354 had a significant impact on body weight, length and head length, and hlj855 had a significant impact body weight, height and upper jaw length. Hlj919,Hlj585 had a significant impact on head length.Hlj895 and Hlj704 had a significant impact on upper jaw length.
