Abstract:It is basic work for marker-assisted breeding to develop molecular markers or genes associated with the economic traits.Forty-one microsatellite markers were selected to analyze the genomic DNA of 68 progenies derived from a family of mirror carp. The results showed that a total of 100 different alleles were found, and the number of alleles in each locus was 2 to 4. The DNA fragment length was 91bp to 376bp, and the number of mean valid alleles was 1.4287 to 3.9454. The value of observed heterozygosity was 0.3676 to 1.0000, expected heterozygosity was 0.3023 to 0.7521 and the mean polymorphism information content (PIC) was 0.4059. A GLM procedure was used to analyze the effects of these 41 microsatellites on body weight, height, head length and upper jaw length. Results showed that marker Hlj354 had a significant impact on body weight, length and head length, and hlj855 had a significant impact body weight, height and upper jaw length. Hlj919,Hlj585 had a significant impact on head length.Hlj895 and Hlj704 had a significant impact on upper jaw length.
