Based on the index system of the urban forest ecosystem health, obtained the weight of each index by AHP method, and then established the modal of Fuzzy Synthetic Appraisal to evaluation it. On empirical analysis of the four area of Zhuzhou city, hetang, lushong, tianyuan and shifeng area, the appraisal of the urban forest ecosystem health is, Unhealthy (the value is 0.3594), Unhealthy (the value is 0.3708), Unhealthy (the value is 0.3698) and Good health (the value is 0.7833). The result agrees with the reality.
